My Name is Noufiya N, Third year Btech student in Electronics and Communication Engineering at UKFCET kollam. I am working as : Past NSS volunteer Secretary, past Newsletter Editor, IEEE ComSoc SBC UKFCET, Department coordinator IEDC, Social volunteer at Arise, Master Trainer Sannadhasena, Newsletter Editor CESA, BDE at I-P, Campus Ambassador, IMUN. My most passionate field is social service. So I wish to see a lot more change in the community. The change begins with us. When we decide to improve ourselves, only then we realize about the things that need to be changed in the society. Also, Change Begins With how and when we Interact With Others. When we listen respectfully to others who have different opinions and life experiences than our own, we take the first step in listening; we accept that their perspectives and points of view on most issues of concern. We have seen discrimination going on ever since we were born. At some point in our life, we must have faced discrimination in some form or the other. It deeply affects a child's growth. So everyone should eliminate discrimination, and that is why it is one of the most important things that need to be changed in the society. Similarly, most peoples are face the problems which is in the society, based on gender discrimination, Especially the queer community. Like everyone else, they have the right to rise in society. But some of not accept them to leave. So we think that, they should be able to rise in the society through skill development and start up to make themselves self-sufficient for a better tomorrow of hope from a difficult life. Likewise, my biggest dream is to become an entrepreneur. It should create jobs for a lot of people and want to create change in the society

Understanding their needs by directly contacting and conversing with them and prioritising the necessities and work towards a suitable solution by providing right opportunities and help.
CONCERN
Nowadays, we can see a lot of issues which they're facing from society, and it is reflecting in various social media. As a human, we try to find it and try to give solution for that as much we can.
PROJECT: LGBTQ+ community upliftment project
DESCRIPTION:
First of all connecting with them and organization like queerithm, Dhisha....
Then we have to find all the issues which them be faced. Councelling them with the current situation and make them understand about the actual problems in there life of a sex workers also with all LGBTQAI +community. Give the basic ideas of our project and give a training of small start up's like achar making, soap making, hand bag making, also with the fields that there own taste (modelling, atrs, make up artist...)Then also with rehabilitation them through this and give stipends, shelter etc...Then apply loan for this start-up to them and also give maximum support to do that things.
AIMS & OBJECTIVES
To provide a safe & secure space for them.To restore the ecosystem, make a natural green belt, to reduce the natural calamities like flood and cyclone, to prevent soil erosion, to increase the amount of atmospheric oxygen.
