Junide a social volunteer, Teacher and a Chemical engineering graduate hailing from malappuram district. He is currently working as a QA/QC Analyst trainee in a chemical firm at kanjikode. Teaching is one of his passion. He had worked as a teacher for 4+ years. He wishes to see an inclusive society where everyone can raise their voice without being judged. He is one among the Co-Founders of Arise.
SOCIAL ISSUE
Right now our society diverging from a path of inclusion. People will always ready to degrade anything that may be emotions, new initiative, new product, ideology etc.." There is no space in our society where we can express our emotions, views, ideology etc....without being in fear of judgement.
PROPOSED SOLUTION
To create a non-judgemental space where people can come and freely share their views, opinions, and they are accepted and respected the way they are.
CONCERNS
I'm concerned with this issue because through my life I came across various situation where I wanted a non-judgemental space where I could let out my emotions. But sadly I couldn't find it. During my campus days I wanted these spaces more than anything but I couldn't find it.
PROJECT Horregallu
DESCRIPTION:
Horregallu Project is all about creating human horregallus. Horregallus are stone bench where people can rest and regain their energy. Through this project we will create such safe non-judgemental spaces where people can come and share their emotions
AIMS & OBJECTIVES
To create a non-judgemental space where individuals are respected, accepted and loved the way they are.
To relive the mental stress of individuals. To create a safe space for individuals to share their views, emotions etc. To create a team of empathic listeners, To aware the majority population about need for Non-judgemental spaces in their locality, To uplift the values like Acceptance, empathy, respect in the society
