The Social Hackathon
The Social Hackathon is a platform for youth to ideate, design, execute and lead social initiatives that address injustice in their community through compassion, courage and collaborative leadership. Through this 24 hour hackathon, youth will be guided through a 5-stage journey and provided with resources and community support; including training, 3 month mentorship and initial startup funding of $250 to launch a social change project in their community; along with stories that celebrate their social change journey and impact.
The Volunteers Lab

The youth leadership program enables youth to engage in the community, empowers them to enhance their capacity, and encourages them to create and lead social initiatives that address social issues in their community through compassionate, courageous, and collaborative leadership. Through the lab, we aim to create an inclusive-sustainable-innovative ecosystem for youth in educational institution to create active global citizens; through engaging, enhancing, empowering, enabling and encouraging them to get involved & connected with social initiatives, organisations and communities.
School Renovation Program

As a first phase, we choose to beautify the walls and premises of the anganawadis/primary schools/buds schools across different districts in Kerala. It will be followed by entertainment and engagement activities along with knowledge-based awareness campaigns. With this deed, we aim to renovate and revamp 100+ schools with the participation of 10000 + volunteers across all districts of Kerala with a concept to provide an effective learning space for the students.

EveryIndianVolunteering
#EveryIndianVolunteering campaign aims to promote volunteerism and empower youth through Youth Engagement, Community Empowerment and Capacity Development. Our mission is to enable youth to engage in the community, empower them to enhance their capacity, and encourage them to create and lead social initiatives. Being a part of the campaign a youth should engage atleast 8 hours a month for community development initiatives. We are introducing a unique volunteer tracking platform to appreciate, reward and accredit volunteers for their commitment towards creating a just and peaceful world. By 2025, we aim to Encourage, Empower, Enable, Engage and Enhance 2.5 Lakh Youth to Volunteer for Community Development initiatives
Volunteer Story Circle
We are creating a community exclusively for youth volunteers to meet, share and work together to promote volunteerism. Through the Volunteer Story Circle, we encourage volunteers to share their volunteer experience stories and get connected with new social organisations & opportunities. This is an open platform for volunteers to share their ideas and discuss on social issues in the community.
